We start you off with our Maraquitas covered in garlic sauce and lime. Our 12 hour Cuban style marinated whole pig, roasted at your location in our "La Caja China" roaster. We also include our delicious Cuban Mojo Chicken. Add some White Rice and Black Beans, Sweet Plantains, Avocado, Onion & Tomato salad, Yuca with garlic sauce, and authentic Cuban Bread. This is one amazing meal, but that’s not all, leave a little room for some Tres leche cake and a shot of Cuban espresso for desert. Top it all off by lighting up a freshly hand rolled Cigar straight from our rollers in Tampa, FL. Don't forget the nostalgic Cuban atmosphere of music and dominoes. You will feel like your were on my grandfathers patio in Pinar Del Rio, Cuba.

We always achieve an authentic Cuban Roasted flavor using our methods of preparation and cooking. We DO NOT smoke meats.
All our roasting is done at our location OR on site, at your location with "La Caja China". We marinate the pig for a minimum of 12 hours in our Cuban Mojo. an 60 - 100 lb. pig will take 5 hours to fully cook using our method. NO PROPANE IS USED FOR THE PIG EVER!!! La Caja China produces the crispiest skin you've ever tasted. We utilize as many roasting boxes as necessary to accommodate the number of guests at your event. Adequate space must be made available to accommodate the necessary equipment. At minimum we require a 10' x 10' space preferably made of concrete, stone, paver, etc. or a patch of grass you will not mind loosing.
***Remember... we can also roast it at our location and deliver it ready for the Buffet!
The Roasted Pig package requires a minimum 50 guests. We will do parties for fewer people, however we must charge for 50 people to make it financially viable for us. El Cubano Catering Pig Roasts can accommodate as many as 200 + guests.
