Cuban Sandwich.
A staple of South Florida. Roast pork, fresh ham, swiss cheese, mojo, mustard, dill pickle on Cuban bread. Pressed to perfection. This is what a Panini wishes it was.
Medianoche
Midnight Sandwich. Another South Florida favorite. A bit smaller than the Cuban Sandwich. Served on a sweet egg bread with a greater fresh ham to roast pork ratio. Still makes the Panini cry.
Elena Ruiz
Named after a 30's era Havana Socialite who was just as sweet and tart as this delicious treat. Mojo roasted Turkey, cream cheese (yes), and strawberry preserves on a sweet egg bread.... amazing!
Need burgers, hot dogs, sausages, grilled chicken for the kids or special guest needs... No problem.
