The following terms outline operational authority and service protections applicable to all catered events. Full contractual terms are provided within the formal service agreement.
Operational Authority & Vendor Rights
All prices and menu items are subject to change. Vendor and its agents reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, modify, or discontinue services due to acts of nature, unsafe working conditions, venue limitations, logistical restrictions, or any circumstance beyond reasonable operational control at the time of the event. Vendor retains sole discretion in determining whether working conditions are satisfactory for safe food preparation, equipment operation, and service execution.
Environmental & Site Conditions
Services requiring open flame or live cooking are subject to environmental conditions, including, but not limited to, wind, rain, temperature, space limitations, and ventilation adequacy. If site conditions present safety concerns or interfere with the proper execution of services, Vendor reserves the right to modify service format or cease operations to maintain food safety and operational integrity.

Force Majeure
Vendor shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government restrictions, power failures, venue restrictions, or environmental hazards.
Payment & Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event dates. Dates are not reserved until the required deposit has been received and confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the timeline specified in the formal service agreement. Failure to submit required payments within agreed timeframes constitutes breach of agreement and may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the formal service agreement. If the Client cancels after a booking confirmation, payments made may be forfeited as outlined in the formal service agreement. Vendor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to acts of nature, unsafe working conditions, venue limitations, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
Environmental Interruption & Service Modification
If environmental conditions, venue restrictions, or safety concerns interfere with food preparation or live cooking operations, Vendor reserves the right to modify the service format or adjust the preparation method, delay service until safe execution is possible. Open-flame or live cooking is subject to environmental conditions, including: wind, rain, temperature, space limitations, and adequate ventilation. Vendor shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by conditions outside of reasonable operational control.
On-Site Work Area Requirements
For on-site preparation, the Client must provide an adequate work area with access to clean running water and electrical outlets within reasonable proximity. The work area must meet minimum space requirements and is subject to Caterer approval. Outdoor cooking surfaces may include concrete, stone, paved areas, asphalt, treated lawn, or bare ground. Client acknowledges that certain surfaces may be subject to irreversible damage, and Caterer shall not be held liable for such damage while exercising reasonable care.
Insurance & Indemnification
Vendor maintains general liability insurance during the term of service. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Caterer for any damage, theft, or loss of Caterer’s property caused by event guests.
Compliance With Health Regulations
Vendor operates in compliance with applicable Department of Health regulations governing hygienic food preparation and service.
